Laravel Scenario

I need to This Scenario PHP Code; PANEL = LARAVEL

STEPS;

1. Select Laravel "SELF" Menu, Drag&Drop Upload any Video(mp4,mpeg,avi) (Process Bar [Circular] ---FRONTEND---

2. Backend (ffmpeg or any encoder) process converting video to VP9 .webm (Process Bar-Frontend)

3. Delete temporary file first upload Video(mp4,mpeg,avi)

4. Unique name created .webm vp9 file (Backend) (CUZ COMPLEXITY) and .webm to HLS .m3u8 converting playlist.(Backend)(Also, need to Unique .m3u8 name.

5. (Frontend) Finish Message %100- Completed.

6. This file created. this file below form(Upload subtitle) .vtt file. --FRONTEND-- drag&drop .vtt file (Process Bar) [Circular] and %100 Completed.

7. And this two file combine any video player.("SELF"=For choosing the first Option.) this video player subtitle options. and quality select (144p,720p,1080p etc.)

8. In The Last Stage; After These Conversions Have Been Made 1(One) Video File(.m3u8 ; Multiple .webm files.) .m3u8 a playlist file. Will Be Played In A Video Player With Multiple Language And Video Quality Options.

**This "Self" Menu Is Currently Working.But Mediocre. (Video Player) When Other Menus Are Opened, A Different Form Appears.(YOUTUBE,VIMEO,VDOCIPHER etc.) "SELF" Form Does Not Change. For Your Information.
