Laravel Ratchet websocket with hosting

Hi every body, I am new here, I would like to ask about ratchet package (or any simillar websocket package) how to handle it on server, running it without command line ( I think the answer will be supervisord)? how to make supervisord work? Is it doable on shared hosting servers, or just vps servers?

I am working with laravel 8 on windows system locally and I have been trying to make socket work at testing server (linux) with no success.

I hope someone can help me. Thanks.
