Laravel Package for a Social Feed

Hi guys, i am looking forward to add a social "feed" to my Laravel community project. This will be a page within my app where people can post status updates (similar with Twitter or Facebook).

The "posts" (status updates) will be basic (simple text) with the possibility of youtube embedding and photos upload.

Do you guys know any packages out there that have this feature or we must build it from scratch ? Thanks a lot in advance !
