I just installed the Laravel Herd application on my PC, but when I try to create a project using the software, it gets stuck on "Creating your project..." for the last 30 minutes. I've tried multiple times, but the issue persists.
I seem to remember it saying at some point it might need to be run as admin, but not sure. I just set it up yesterday and it worked without running as Admin. I set up my directory on my c:\ drive directly (project folders go in c:\Herd), if you put it under a protect directory (like somewhere in Program Files), that would definitely be an issue.
