laravel deployment on google cloud with apache, routing failing

Hello guys, i m new to laravel and deployment on google cloud virtual machine, i face such issue where the index page loads and shows , but when trying to route it fails, it is like this: let say abc.com it works normal but when abc.com/setup this one is returning 404 not found error,

how to solve the error, or it would be great if you can just send me a perfect way to deploy on google cloud

i m stuck on this stage, please help
