Laravel Cashier Webhook 301

Laravel version 10, cashier version 15.4.

Having configured the webhook as per the documentation and ran php artisan cashier:webhook to register it with Stripe, all webhook requests from Stripe are returned with a 301 permanently moved.

.env file has PK/SK/Secret all defined and confirmed correct.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?
