If you don't need any credit card information, what is the point of involving Stripe?
Surely a "free plan with no card" is just a different way of saying, "register a user".

Laravel Cashier: How to handle subscription with a free plan and no credit card required at sign up
We are offering 3 plans including a free plan where we don't need credit card information from user on the signup form. Can anyone help one how we can register customer in the stripe plan without accepting credit card?

Yes.
When they want to upgrade to a paid plan, then you ask for their credit card info and send it to Stripe.
