Laravel Cashier and webhooks | Expose

Hi, i have set expose to allow me to use a public URL, I added it to stripe webhooks URL,

am I correct in understanding cashier takes care of all of the default event webhooks?
the webhooks fail in stripe and nothing is being saved to the db.
If I use the stripe CLI it fails in stripe webhooks dashboard, but the payments are made in the stripe dashboard and the info is saved to db.

is there anything specific I need to do to get the web hooks working with expose? Thanks
