Laravel BadMethodCallException

İ want use role-based authentication in my laravel app. When I try authenticate laravel give me an error.

Call to undefined method App\Models\Academician::authentications()

My Php version is PHP 8.0.2 and Laravel Version is 9.17.0

How can i solve this error ?
