JWT and Multiple authentication tables

I have three different credentials table. It's Merchant, Customer and Super Admin table.

How can I do JWT::Auth here. The catch is Merchant can be customer as well. I don't want to have single table because email Id can be same for both customer and merchant but password might be different.
