Issue in file uploading with dropzone

Hi i am facing one issue in one of my clients application. We are having a dropzone where students upload their answers. But we have found most of the time dropzone crash itself, i have done my settings for timeout. But it break some time.

And some time it works well. i want to know is there any other upload system which support larger file uploadings?
