Is there an updated wrapper for "Checkout-PHP-SDK" by Paypal?

I'd like to use the official v2 of PHP SDK for Paypal.

I ask you if you know an update wrapper, or if you know how to use in Laravel installing it via composer

The package you describe is not really suited for Laravel. You can use it, but you need to write a lot yourself.
