Yes it's possible. However it's not an easy task. If you are a beginner the task is too big for you.

@jeevamugunthan Yes, it’s possible. But not through Laravel alone. You will need some client-side coding (i.e. JavaScript) to build the chat UI, and send and receive messages. Look into broadcasting.
