I personally always look at the stars + number of open issues, and then the latest update for which on this package it seemed to happened 2 days ago. So I would consider it very relevant.

Integrate Paypal payments and subscriptions in Laravel 8
Hi everyone, Just a quick question, I'm looking in integrate paypal into laravel 8 with reecurring billing but reading through the documentation i'm not sure which packages are most up to date and recommended to use. Paypal appears to have a few Api's and there are just as many depreciated paypal composer packages out there.

I'd say yes, it was just updated. Always look for well maintained packages.
