Installing Laravel on a Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS 8.5

Hi,

I am about to finish my first Laravel project (loved using this beautiful framework) and I need to deploy it on a Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS 8.5.

Following are the software versions I have used during my development (on a Linux server) - Laravel - 5.4.0 PHP - 5.6.3 My SQL - 5.5.54

I believe that this information is a bit dated. So, can you give me any pointers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
