Install issue all latest upto date versions - Docker/Windows 11

Struggling with install, following the getting started. Something not quite right as following to the letter, and Vite starts but something funky with the styling.

When following install, I run sail php artisan breeze:install and get Breeze Scoffold success message. Then when I run sail php artisan migrate it says nothing to migrate. Then npm install seemingly doesn't compile anything although I do get the Vite server started screen when I do a sail npm run dev, and have to open a new Terminal tab.

I'm not new to PHP but my last dabble was Codeigniter 2 (download in web server, unzip and get coding) days, so understandably a little overwhelmed at the minute. I get why this is better, but that's a topic for another day!

To clarify the app works, as intended just looks awful. No styling or front end at all, just basic HTML form and a massive laravel Icon

@Sinnbeck It was just me been a noob. Even though I had dropped the containers, I hadn't deleted the folder so re-running the laravel.build command was finding the DB already in situ. Guess that's due to my understanding of docker containers. God knows what the Breeze/Vite issue was. Maybe due to old files again??

It's all OK. My DB was still there from previous attempts so nothing to migrate and re-running breeze:install and the npm shiz seems to have sorted it. Been looking at this for hours. Can be closed.
