Images fail to Upload

i have a problem that i don't seem to understand how. well during my development of the app the images/avatars were uploading normally and nicely without any issue. These are images taking with a cell phone normal jpeg photos. but as soon as i pushed to production images wouldn't upload . I tried other images from the web and they uploaded easily but images selfies wouldn't just upload
