How to update
Does anyone uploaded a file in storage/app/public in laravel cloud, If any one did please let me know how to do it.

@codingwithrk There is no “local” storage on laravel cloud. Anything uploaded only lasts for that request. You need laravel object storage or some other storage means like AWS.

@codingwithrk You don’t. Your application is hosted in the cloud. It has no persistent file system.
