How to tune laravel-ide-helper and larastan in my PhphStorm ?

In my laravel 10 I have barryvdh/laravel-ide-helper 2.13.0 and nunomaduro/larastan 2.6.4 and in my PhphStorm 2023 I have PHP->QualityTools options and I wonder which is the best way to use and tune this different tools to keep my code project in good psr-12 way ? Please links to manuals how to do it...
