How do you guys find Laravel jobs?

Just for clarity, this is not a "for hire" post, but rather a discussion on how the community finds jobs working with Laravel. Even if I was looking for a job, I wouldn't be looking to hired from Reddit.

I know about LaraJobs, but honestly, that's never really been all that useful to me. I've always use Dice or some other platform.

What approach have you guys used that have led to your personal success?

Build a good LinkedIn community by getting as many people as possible. Specify you are working with Laravel and most likely you'd get a lot of people trying to connect with you for job opportunities.

Networking: Networking can be an effective way to find Laravel jobs. Attend Laravel meetups, conferences, and events to meet other developers and potential employers.

Freelancing: Consider freelancing on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Toptal to build your Laravel skills and gain experience.

Personal branding: Build a strong online presence and personal https://www.marykayintouch.website/ brand by contributing to open source projects, blogging about Laravel, and showcasing your work on platforms like GitHub and Behance.

Referrals: Let your friends, family, and professional contacts know that you are looking for Laravel jobs. They may have connections to potential employers.

Overall, a combination of these approaches can increase your chances of finding a Laravel job that matches your skills and interests.
