I replaced it to following code but my problem has not solve. It get error Undefined index: title

Or you have to loop through json data and write query to pull infractions details.

Seriously? How do you display anything in blade, just pass from controller (if that's the beginning point) to the view and loop it. You are not new to using blade.

If you can't use blade use normal html and php.
