Good/free deployment software for learning Laravel + a single minimal site?

I created a chrome extension that I am offering for a monthly subscription for a very small niche community, so my website will not get a lot of traffic, nor does it need a lot of pages -- just home page, user account settings, pricing, and checkout (and obviously all the boring pages like terms, policy, etc).

I will rarely be making changes, so I don't even need a software for this really, but I just want to learn how to use one. Right now my deployment process is embarrassing. Calling it a "process" is being very nice, it is just a very manual, very hacky and time consuming ordeal.

I've only began learning Laravel to build this site starting maybe 2 months ago (and I used a pre-built kit called Wave which did all the very hard stuff for me) so I am still very new. Just from searching, I found this site called https://ploi.io which seems to have a good reputation, and there is a free tier for 1 server, which is good. I am decently confident that this is still overkill for what I'm doing, so if such a software exists that is maybe even more simple and has a more generous free tier, that would be great as well, but I don't really know what I'm looking for.

any tips would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Edit: I have just learned that I was very confused about what I thought things like ploi and Forge do. I assumed that I keep my same web hosting and this will hook into that somehow to assist with changes and deployment. I now see that I would move all my data to this software and set up a new server to be hosted elsewhere. I guess my question is still the same, but I'm putting this edit just in case I said something dumb...now you know why :).
