forbidden access for portion of my app from phone + tablet

Hi, i need to borbed user to access some part of my app from mobile + tablet devices.

according to my research, a middleware that detects screen size will do that job, is there is a better way on how to do this ???

Can you start from justifying why? Why would you restrict access on mobile/tablet?

Also, what is that part of the app that you want to hide? Is it just an element or entire route?
