Email Auto-reply combination with Auto-responder

Hello all , I hope you all do fine!

A very specific question. Let me demonstrate it with an example.

I have 2 emails

A) [email protected] B) [email protected]

I use SendGrid and I send emails from my Laravel application for example from [email protected]

I want when I send email to email A via my app, and email A has Vacation Respond enabled, the auto reply message from the vacation responder (for example: Sorry I am busy) to go to email B. I tried adding email B as reply-to via Laravel, but even though it is there as a reply-to header, the vacation message is not going to email B.

Can anyone help me? I am missing something there guys?
