Deploy only new code from git/jenkings?

Hi All, [intro]

I have made for my freelance project a CMS in laravel, With a extern LIb with modules. Now its getting used by more and more people. and some modules require daily updates or new code. The situation is that we use GIT -> JENKINGS to deplay a new fresh copy of the whole CMS.

Q: How can I deploy new code without the whole git branch?

Maybe somehow compile the autoload class and only the changes file?
