Looks like you have a package which requires php version 7.2.5 or above. If you upgrade php it will solve this issue. Or remove / downgrade the package perhaps, but i assume you need the package for your app to function.

Deploy Laravel on Bluehost
I am having trouble hosting my ready laravel and vue app on Bluehost. I am getting the error, This package requires php ^7.2.5 but your php version (7.0.33) doesnot satisfy the requirement. Any help will be appreciated.

To add, there should be a place to pick me PHP version, you may not need to actually do an upgrade.
