Deploy Larabel 8 API into IIS

I'm trying to deploy a laravel API to the company IIS server, I hve seen to many tutorials of how to make it but no one works for me, the log errors that i get are those

I do all the php artisan clear: of routes, views, cache blah blah and is not working yet, so I hope someone can tell me what's my problem or how to fix that, my server is a windows server 2012 R2
