Deploy in inmotion hosting

How to deploy my laravel project in inmoiton hosting i tried to upload and i faced issuses like php version issuse and root directory its going like domain.com/public all the files inlcuding public folder is in the root direcetory.can someone give me a guide to deply proper in inmotionhosting
