Curl Error : SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

I am working on laravel5.0 and I am Configuring a YouTube API with it, During Configuration I am getting below Error "Curl Error : SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate"

Youtube Library which I am using is: https://github.com/alaouy/Youtube

I am working on windows and Xampp Plz Give me SOlution for this
