Change Laravel folder structure & make installable laravel on shared hosting without composer

Hello, I'm very interested about what great developer work!, so few times ago i bought item on codecanyon the app is https://codecanyon.net/item/hellovideo-video-cms/11149598 No affilate or promotion here! after see few documentation video, included on file, why the file structure is not like Laravel?? but it's build with laravel?? any suggestion??, thanks for devdojo for creating great app :), sorry for my english :D
