cal.com api trying to go to a route

Hi i have mangae to get cal.com working in my app, Iam showing a booker via React and Inertia but if I check console it is trying to access a URL, which does not exist hence a 404. Can you shed some light why it would try to access an endpoint on the app? Thanks
