I wanna make My Blog Website in Which I want to upload blog posts according to categories...

I suggest checking out Statamic. It's a CMS built on Laravel and pretty great for running a blog website. It's free for solo use

if you really want to build your own... check out this series https://laracasts.com/series/lets-build-a-forum-with-laravel

if you just want to post as your own blog, just go for wordpress or even blogger...

If he does go that route, there's going to be a lot more work, he might as well use Filament for the dashboard of his board instead of coidng that himself as well.

As aside note - Never use WordPress xd

Might as well use statamic or a builder like Versoly or WebFlow - no need for WordPress. WordPress is a tool of the past IMO.
