Automate update notifications date based on their schedule

Hello,

I would like to send reports to users on each sunday midnight. It means it will update notification created at value to to current date and time. But I could have multiple scheduled notifications. Lets say another notification needs to be updated on each friday. How can I automate updating scheduled notifications based on their schedule value?
