lazy load

Hi all, I am using lozad plugin to lazy load images in my project, my is developed by laravel and twIll cms tool,

what is the issue means lozad plugin is working fine for frontend but we have an admin panel it build by the twill cms tool this lozad plugin is not working, because of we using data-src tag.
