chrome says javascript isn't enabled when it is?

so, every time i try to open the script in this google doc to look at in in one section it says that "javascript isn't enabled on your browser" and to "enable it and refresh" but i have done so multiple times and it still gives me that message? i am not sure how to fix it as i have checked that it is enabled several times now and restarted the browser and everything https://vidmate.onl/ .
