Where can I find the original wrapper of Inertia form helper?

Inertia uses this { useForm } from '@inertiajs/vue3', watching this class from Jeffrey https://laracasts.com/series/learn-inertia-with-jeffrey/episodes/7, he said it's a wrapper from Taylor form helper he made a time ago, but I've been searching for this and I couldn't find anything about that.

Where can I find this to use with vanilla JavaScript?
