Integrating react UI libs with Laravel apps with InertiaJS that uses Breeze

I am not good with Tailwind and want to integrate react UI libraries in a fresh laravel app. How do I add that with Breeze which uses the inertia Js template? I want to replace Tailwind with react libs like material-react or ant design. Should I make my own custom authentication if it's not possible to replace breeze's Tailwind part?
