Heroku Inertia and POST

I have two apps running on Heroku one works perfectly and the other one is having trouble with any post route. The csrf token is in the request header but I keep getting a 419 error. It is strange how one app is working and the other isn't. The one that is working is an older version of inertia. I am just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue?
