Best way to use scaffolding auth kit with Inertia and Bootstrap5

Hello guys! For a specific project i need to use Bootstrap 5 (because we already have a our UI kit approved with our client) with Inertia and VueJs 3. What is the best approach to integrare Auth? Breeze is only with TailwindCSS and is not easy and immediatly to convert to Bootstrap. Laravel UI is fine but native with Blade and convet everything to Vue take a time... Maybe Fortify + manually components?
