if u are use the MySQL installer.msi to install
u can see MySQL Command Line Client - Unicode
in your start menu, just click it and type the password
if u want run in the cmd
add the path to Windows system variable, for example
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin
need to add a ; between each variable
restart computer
