How to design a item sale analysis report?

I want to design a item sale analysis report in printable version, is there any good design template for this kind of report? How should I design to include the filter option that user selected into the printable version report? E.g. filter by : itemA, itemB - itemZ.

It will be a long list if i included all the filter option that user selected. Any advice to design this?
