Zsong admin - how to add alt and title for images via admin?

I use Admin panel generator from zsong for my Laravel project. I use multipleImage form element for multiple images uploading for creating the product's image gallery.

And now I need to add alt and title for every image uploaded via admin panel. I don't have any ideas how to do it.

Any suggestions?
