Error 'could not resolve host' when using Zoom API with config cache

Hello,

I have noticed that using Zoom API, I have this error.

cURL error 6: Could not resolve host

But this error occurs only when I apply php artisan config:cache.

And I have no error after applying php artisan config:clear.

I don't understand why.

Do you have any idea ?
