You can place it anywhere you want as long as you follow the PSR4 convention for namespacing the class and for the filename.

Where to put Billing Interface in Laravel 5?
This video about Stripe uses Laravel 4 thus placing BillingInterface inside Acme folder. Question is which folder to place on Laravel 5.1? https://laracasts.com/series/billing-with-stripe/episodes/4

You can place it anywhere inside your project folder(if your follow PSR4 convention as @pmall said) but it would be nice if all your custom logic is placed in one directory like Acme folder.

After video tutorial step 3, I was able to dump the response from Stripe but it says version 1 while now Stripe already on version 3 it seems https://github.com/stripe/stripe-php this might be another challenge...
