Where should the homestead and Vagrant commands be run from
I am a new user of Laravel and trying to use it for a project I have. In attempting to use Homestead I am not successfully getting things to work. I have tried so many different combinations but still running into issues regarding where different commands should be run from. It seems to make a difference. Can somebody give an overview?
