WAP Gateway & WML

I've a new customer that asks me to make an site in WML instead of HTML and a WAP Gateway instead of a regular server in order to perform a better ux.

My first question would be if it is possible with Laravel and if it is, which are the recommendations or things I need to know before I get started.

Also, if I can deploy a server with that configuration with Forge.
