Upload Massive Files and Search in it

Hey, I'm trying to upload massive files but it takes a much time and i change in the configuration of max_file_upload and max_exexution_time how to upload massive file (videos or documents with size 500M and 1 G) in less time?

Also i'm trying to search in document with entered words but it take much time to retrieve the words from the file

Does anyone have experience with these,? I'd love to hear any thoughts.
