Trouble Installing Homestead

I have followed the instructions in the documentation to install Homestead locally up to "Launching your Vagrant box".

I get the following error:

Check your Homestead.yaml file, the path to your private key does not exist.

The path does not appear correct but I have no idea what to change it to. I cannot find a .ssh directory or a private key file.

I do not know if i am following the directions to literally or what.

I used all default settings in the .yaml file.
