thank you for reply, seem bit expensive per sms cost, we can integrate laravel with whatapp, means if some will send some text pattern in reply special designed response will be replied via whatsapp

You need to factor the cost of the messages into your business model.

You cannot send and receive without the help of a bureau such as nexmo. The choice depends where your audience are. If the users are only in one country then finding a provider in your country will probably be the cheapest option.
