I'm a big fan of light themes. For the last 6 months or so I've been using Dayle's Snappy Light theme:

After watching the PhpStorm series here on Laracast I was very charmed by the Earthsong scheme as I prefer darker themes. See: https://github.com/daylerees/colour-schemes/blob/master/jetbrains/earthsong.icls
I've set it up with a font size of 16 and a line height of 1.4, after 2 months I still love the big and airy feel of my code :-)
Goldfish for the moment, with slightly increased font size and line height settings.
Here we go

I am using my theme Jinx
https://github.com/mabasic/jinx
After trying many themes finally I have created a theme that has attitude. Give it a try and let me know if you like it.
I use one from Dayle Rees and personalised it a bit. :) I'm also using Input Font

I'm using Peacocks In Space actually but I miss Dracula theme that I used on Sublime :( https://github.com/zenorocha/dracula-theme
For a light theme, which I use when Im working outside for better readability (I have a huge deck / pool in my backyard) I love the simplicity of the Github theme.

Which font to use in Linux?
@nWidart do you mind sharing your theme if you use PHPStorm ?
Pretty nice @stefanbauer which theme?
I use Dayle's Melon Contrast:

@coLD Sure, here it is: https://cloudup.com/c1QD_NQveaz
Exported the Color Scheme and Code Color Schemes settings.
@bashy - well when i am honest, it is a longterm individual development over months :-) I started some months (i think years) ago, and improve it always based on the needs. I am sure, in some weeks there are again very smaller changes. But i think it is for personally a very "final" state. But themes are always kind of "personal taste". What for me is perfect, could be for others horror :) Same for the other side, some i saw here are great for them, but horror for me :-D You know what i mean.
So a custom one, cool! Looks nice and the colours are split up pretty well
Yeah, thank you :)
@nWidart Thanks.
Using Peacocks in Space!

I was an avid Sublime text user and I really liked the Dark-Monokai color scheme so I made some tweaks and this is the result:
peakocks in space by Dayle Rees
Dayle Rees's Mud theme
I use Peel, just love it
Anyone know theme from this laracast: https://laracasts.com/series/whats-new-in-laravel-5/episodes/4
I fall in love for this theme, but I can't find them. I'm tried Peel, and see Dayle Rees's, but thist istn't it.
I believe the theme that looks like that is TIBAU - can get it here: https://github.com/richellyitalo/colorschemetibau/ - the one he uses for PHPStorm. This is based off of Jeffrey Way's color scheme he uses.
I changed the font setting in it to Ubuntu Mono @ size 16 with Bold because it looks alot smoother looking with the color combination but you can use whatever you like.
I'm using the darcula theme. Easy on the eyes.
I use "predawn" by Jamie Wilson for Sublime Text and Atom (https://github.com/jamiewilson/predawn). Does anyone know if a port has been made for PhPStorm? I'd love to find a full predawn based UI theme for PhPStorm. I contacted Jamie a while back and he said he didn't know of one, but would be open to collaborate with anyone developing a PhPStorm port.
Default light theme with font size and line height increased. Sometimes switch to one of Dayle's themes with the same modifications when I need a dark theme for variety and/or eyestrain relief.
DARCULA
Zeus theme looks realy good, specially when working with Laravel, however i changed some custom reds that were a little dark.
